What Causes A Sudden Dent On The Forehead?

Question: Hi I had suddenly got a Dent of my forehead. No Pain but suddenly a dent has spoiled my looks. Please urgent help required.

To recapitulate: Male/33 - got a sudden dent on the forehead - spoiled the looks - no pain - wants urgent help...

Please give some more details:
- Is this for the first time that you are getting?
- Any history of any sort allergy in the past?

From the description and the site of the dent, this is most probable an urticaria that is allergy and is called angio-neurotic edema.
There is no known specific reason for this; hence the treatment is empirical in the form of oral antihistamine and steroids (if you are not diabetic) and needs a prescription for.
Till you get the medicines, you may please apply ice-packs to reduce its impact.

Thanks Doctor. Its the first time & no allergy as of now of anything. Will apply ice but in case if i need to visit a doctor & show him, whom to visit. General MD doctor or Plastic Surgeon or any other. Please let me know.
