Question: I have long suffered with Ovarian cysts and thought that about 3 days ago I had one working on rupturing. The pain however was different. It hurt from below the belly button the entire width of my stomach down to the pelvic area. I could not sit, stand, move. I was also very nauseous with no fever. The next morning ( Sunday Morning ) I woke and went to the bathroom because there was a good deal of pressure and pain. My urine was a burnt orange red color which made no sense because I was well hydrated. An hour later or so I urinated and had clear urine with a tint of yellow. The pain subsided a bit and my husband And I had intercourse sunday night. Afterward he told me that I felt different inside. He said my cervix was not hard it felt like a balloon full of water. He said it was like the texture or feel of pushing on the side of the breast. I have a long family history of Breast Cancer on both sides as well as cervical and ovarian cancers on both sides so this concerned me. My last pap was over a year ago at the VA hospital where the pap was normal and they had only discovered small pea size lumps in the breast they felt were cysts. Intercourse was fine at opening but as my husband progressed toward the end of the canal or cervical area it was quite painful. I have had 3 miscarriages and 2 full term vaginal deliveries with normal healthy children. My last KNOWN miscarriage was dec 2013 in the 1st trimester. I was 5 days late for my cycle in april/may and then had a very heavy cycle with clotting. I should have had my cycle April 23rd and it came April 29th and lasted until May 6th. I am still having lower abdominal pain and pelvic pain. No fever.

I followed up with the ObGyn and he did an ultrasound. I had a larger cysts on the right ovary that collapsed in on its self and 3 smaller cysts on the left ovary. He explained I am showing signs of Endrometriosis ( I know that is spelled wrong ) Overall he offered low dose Birth control which i refused due to a history of TIA's. I will assess the situation as time goes on. Thank You for your response.
