Brief Answer:
Ultrasound, other tests and clinical evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The most probable causes for the symptoms you have noted may be:
Cholecystitis with or without stone.
Colitis.
Less likely related to pancreas or stomach.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Ultrasound of the abdomen helps to pinpoint the cause.
Clinical evaluation, examination and additional investigation of blood like CBC, liver functions; that of stool and urine help further in proper diagnosis and thus for a proper plan of management.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole as you are taking Ibuprofen.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
