What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Flatulence And Diarrhea?

Question: At the end of last week, I had abdominal bloating, foul smelling flatulance; by Sunday night, when I passed gas, I ended up pooping myself. By Monday afternoon, I had uncontrollable diarrhea about q. 15 mins. I finally fell asleep mon night, but awoke to being covered in poo. Symptoms not so severe on Tuesday, had toast and some Gatorade. I felt a little better yesterday, no appetite. Active XXXXXXX soundsModerate abdominal pain throughout; last night I had some leakage; this morning I am back to uncontrollable diarrhea. Very active bowel sounds, mild abdominal pain at this time. Yesterday I did have some black, tarry stool. I have had heartburn as well.
