What Causes Abdominal Cramps When Diagnosed With Fatty Liver?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I have been having stomach cramps, two to three times semi solid motions, and Gas Issues.
Around three months I had taken treatment at XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and Doctor had done many tests like LFT, Hepatitis B, C, Sonography etc. In reports only first stage fatty liver reported and high SGOT and SGPT . initially Sgot value was 102 and SGPT was 136 but after medicine and food management it reduced. Here I am enclosing my current treatment and current test reports. Please guide me for further actions.

Brief Answer:
Hi,
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
I have not got any reports attached kindly upload the reports.
Mild SGOT, SGPT could be due to any un known infection. I suggest you to repeat it after 3 months.
Now the stomach cramps and increased stools could be due to Gastroenteritis, Have Sporolac powder , Tab. Rabekind and Tab. Buscopan 1 tablet 2 times for 2 days.
If the symptoms still persists then you would need antibiotic for which you need to consult your local doctor as the antibiotics are not available without prescription.
Take Care.
