What Causes Abdominal Pain And Blood In Urine?

Question: Lower right abdominal pain in a 31 year old women repeated blood in urine red and white cells. No infection. Spot bleeding and clear smear test.

Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of the patient and can say as following:
- the presence of blood in urine is indicating that urinary pathways are being lacerated. We should run further tests to determine WHY?
- the presence of white cells (leukocytes) is indicating possible infection. Urine culture and sensitivity testing will determine the type of infection and best treatment.
- Abdominal ultrasound is necessary to run to see your uro-genital tract

The pain the patient is having could be due to urinary tract infection (UTI) or due to polycystic ovarian.

Anti-Spasmodics like spasmex or buscopan can help relieve the pain.
The final diagnosis should determined and right treatment strategy to choose .
