What Causes Abdominal Pain, Blood In Urine And Lower Back Pain?

Question: I woke up this morning with abdominal pain and lower back like cramps pain and there was bood in my urine it looked dark brown, I just had a 2 day period, but the pain feels like cramps painful especially my abdominal and left lower back.

A few more information would be more helpful in answering your query with more details : 1) Are you married ? 2) Are you sexually active ? 3 ) Did you take care to see if the urine did not get mixed up with the blood from your menstrual period at the time of collection ? Till I get more information, I would suggest you to go for an anti spasmodic drug for symptomatic relief, a urine routine test for cells, blood urea , serum creatinine, and blood sugar estimation, and an ultrasound abdomen done and convey the reports to me.
