What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Question: My wife is pregnant, 7 months, She is having abdominal pain.Doctor suggest for DUVADILAE.
I want to know about this, can She continue or stop?
Please advise me.

It is a commonly prescribed drug and is safe for both mother and baby.
