Brief Answer:
Its stomach flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.
Have gone through your query.

Your symptoms refer mostly to an acute gastroenteritis (infection of bowels).- For the time being, I'd suggest to drink more water, take loperamide(imodium) 4mg thrice daily to stop diarrhea, probiotics like VsL#3 to improve digestion and oral rehydration salts (O.R.S) for dehydration. Take one glass of ORS after every loose stool or vomit.
If your diarrhea and pain do not have any improvement within a couple of hours, then, should go for some more investigations to identify the real culprit.
I'd suggest, then, to do an abdominal ultrasound, fecal examination for ova/parasites, feces occult blood, leucocytes in feces, and complete blood profile
In case of parasite or bacteria antibiotic therapy would be started.

Hope it answered to your question!
