Brief Answer:
could be related to acute gastritis or gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Abdominal pain, fever, nausea with intermittent cramps could be related to acute gastritis or gastroenteritis but it should be further evaluated by complete clinical examination and some relevant tests.

Symptoms of diarrhea and/or vomiting may or may not be associated with it.

So,in my advise I will suggest you to undergo some routine blood tests and serum electrolytes (mainly sodium, potassium) with abdominal ultrasound. This tests along with physical examination may give us some clue regarding the underlying cause. I will suggest you see a doctor at the earliest.

Symptomatic treatment like antacids,anti-gas medications and plenty of water with fruit juices may be helpful but it would be better to see some local physician for one time consultation (since abdominal pain is associated with fever here which needs some medical attention),

He/she may give you appropriate treatment after complete physical check up.

Hope this helps.Let me know if you need more help.

Regards,
