What Causes Abdominal Pain In The Lower Left Quadrant?
Question: I am been having abdominal pain in the lower left quadrant. I am not constipated. I have had this pain for 3 days. It never goes away, but it never gets any worse. nothing will make it go away.

I have bloating and nausea. I am 4 weeks out from a rectocele and cystocele repair.
I have not problems with urinating, I have had a hysterectomy.

Get an opinion of your Doctor, preferably a general Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigation like X-ray of abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography, tests of blood, stool and urine.
This will give an appropriate diagnosis allowing a proper management.
