Question: LATLEY WHEN I URINATE BUT NOT ALL THE TIME I HAVE SOME GAS OR AIR COME OUT OF MY PENIS IS THIS SOMETHING I SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT ? I DONT RECALL EVER HAVING IT BEFORE JUST THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Possibly a urinary tract infection with fermenting bacteria. Urine examination is necessary.
2. Get a urine examination done. If negative for bacteria, evaluation for a fistula, connecting between colon and bladder or ureter will require evaluation.
3. Gas or air during passage of urine is abnormal. Get evaluated.

Urine examination is necessary first.
