Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
I will give you some things to do to help but you really need to see a doctor and get an electrocardiogram. I am not clear, is it your heart rate or your blood pressure that is 102-113. If it is your heart rate then that is too high. It is very important to stop smoking now if you are a smoker. If you use alcohol or caffeine then that should be stopped right away. Try to drink plenty of water and do not use any decongestants. The substances I am asking you to stop, nicotine, caffeine, alcohol and decongestants all can irritate the heart and cause extra beats. There are other abnormalities of the heart that can also cause extra beats so you really need some blood tests and an EKG. Please see a doctor as soon as possible
