What Causes An Enlarged Ovary?

Question: Good evening doctor ,Im 24 yrs old, unmarried .. Im diagnosed with bulky right ovary (20cc) with more than 15 follicles (3-6mm) ... No echoes !! Will it affect my reproductive system ?? Thank you

From the report it may be that you are having polycystic ovarian desease.But that has to be confirmed.
Is your periods regular.?
are you obese?
excess hair in face and other areas ?
If you can answer the questions it will be better .Or else can consult a gynaecologist and get yourself examined. If PCOD is confirmed certain life style modifications will help to improve it.Fertility need not be affected.It cannot be conveyed with a scan report.
Scan may also has to be repeated from a different Dr.

Im 72 kg , 5'6" tall .. Mid cycle bleeding is happening from 2 months ... Monthly Menstrual bleeding flow is low...
