What Causes An Itchy Pus Filled Bump On The Anus?

Question: Hi there, so a few weeks ago I noticed a little bump by my anus. Thinking it was a pimple I attempted to pop it as white stuff, and clear fluid came out. After such time it seems as if it's began to spread and my anus is very itchy. Any ideas on what this is? And I have not had anal sex recently, but I have had unprotected (vaginal) sex recently. (No bumps on or around vagina or any vaginal issues)
Brief Answer:
Most likely it was an abscess.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Most likely you have drained an abscess. Abscess in this location usually appears due to skin infection. Sometimes it appears due to a fistula.
It would be good to have a picture of it to give more valuable answer. For sure you need to consult proctologist to rule out a fistula. And the antibiotic might be necessary.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thank you very much, that's very relieving.
How would I go about sending you a picture, as in where would I send it to?
Thanks.

Here you go.
Brief Answer:
Another abscess is possible.
Detailed Answer:
This just looks like another abscess along with some hair follicles inflammation. If the area between the vagina and rectum is painful, abscess it is and it must be drained. If the white discharge is from vagina, you may be sure you have an infection there (bacterial most likely).
I suggest you to visit gynecologist (if the discharge is from vagina) or visit proctologist if mentioned area is painful.
The red dots are due to hair follicle inflammation. This can be treated with frequent washing of this area and wearing loose underwear. If this wont help, dermatologist is the next step.
