Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of Lichen planus
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
After reviewing your history and after having seen the Images, I suggest a possibility of Lichen Planus.
Lchen planus presents as itchy, flat, lesions which are reddish to purplish in color. The itching is intense.
The lesions of LP are distributed primarily over legs/shins, flexor wrists and flanks of abdomen.
The diagnosis of LP is mostly clinical however a skin biopsy may be ordered to confirm the clinical diagnosis.
Topical treatment of lichen planus is with topical superpotent steroids e,g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream OR Halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily.
For extensive disease oral steroids may be indicated.
An oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
These are all prescription products and therefore I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region, for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription.
Your dermatologist will be able to examine and assess the severity as well as extent of the disease and advice accordingly.
