Brief Answer:
any inflammation in pelvic region
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for follow up.
As such there is no specific condition which causes anus to become wet when arousal occurs. Reasons for anus discharge are many. This discharge is just happening during arousal as arousal causes constriction of pelvic muscles. Anal fistula (an abnormal connection between two organs) or abscess, other infections including sexually transmitted diseases, or chronic inflammatory diseases can cause discharge from anus during arousal. To rule out these causes, physical examination is required.
- Do you feel that you have any of the problems mentioned above?
I will be happy to help further.
Take care.

Hi doctor
I'm not sure if I have any of these.
I just notice when I'm highly aroused, my anus becomes very sensitive and wet. Sometimes my anus throbs and my penis becomes fully erect resulting in me mastubating.
I masturbate very often. My arousal occurs very often. When I'm aroused my anus seems to tighten and elections are very hard. I'm 41 and still masturbate frequent as I don't have sexual intercourse. Please advise

Brief Answer:
tightening of anus is ok
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for follow up.
Tightening of anus is fine during arousal as it occurs due to pelvic muscle contraction but discharge is not common so examination of discharge is needed.
You do not have any other symptoms that mean no serious problem should be there.
Assurance by doctor after examination will be sufficient when no pathology found.
Wish you good health.
