Suggest Effective Treatment For Anal Fistula

dear sir, a month back i had heavy pain at the anus and after the examination the Dr opined i m having anal fistula and needs surgery. please tell me the success rate of the surgery? presently the pain is almost nil and frequent yellow discharge is there. kindly educate any other treatement option is there ?

Hello,

Anal fissure may treated with dietary changes with lifestyle modification.

Take high fibre diet, avoid stressing while defecation. Drink plenty of liquids. Use anobliss cream locally to relax anal sphincter.

If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he may do lateral sphincterotomy surgery and treat you accordingly.
