Brief Answer:
Must make proper examination

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. It is deffinitely worthy to make a proper examination of your condition. It is not normal to have these symptoms in your age, especially while you are taking vitamin B injections. For some reason your body don't react on these injections, perhaps because of too low dose. So at first you must check your blood and see if your anemia is progressing.
But there are also other conditions which could give these symptoms. You should also check up your thyroid hormones.
And you should visit a neurologist to see if this ataxia is caused by a central problem or because of anemia.

I hope you will listen to my advice and make proper examination.

Until than avoid driving car and physical exhaustion and stressful situations.
