Question : My psychiatrist just increased my dose of Sertraline from 100mg to 150 mg. Today is my first day on this increased dose, and I am feeling an increase in anxiety, restlessness, and nervousness. Is this normal and when should these symptoms even out?

Sertraline is a SSRI drug. It's normal with Sertraline to result in increased anxiety and restlessness when the drug is started in an individual or doses are increased. The increased restlessness will go by own with in a week only. No need to worry.
