Question: Hi. I previously developed anxiety symptoms Shaking arms,feeling hot,ground moving,unsteadiness when walking. Ive now been prescribed cutalopram. I feel better

Ive been taking 20mg does now for 7 months. Should i look at stopping? Ive noticed also sometimes when im tired or in an overwhelming situation my anxiety comes back. Particulary, if i set mind to it i find it a little difficult to walk is this normal?

When i do decide to stop would it be hard? Thats my only concern.Also is the tablets affecting my health im scared of this.

Is it normal to suffer from anxiety if your not actually anxious? Also is unsteady walking a synptom of anxiety
