Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Yes, you should go to ER (accompanied by a relative) to be treated about both, anxiety attack and uncontrolled seizures, because if the seizures continue or repeat, status epilepticus should be avoided.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

my seizure are triggered by stress but only happen in my sleep. i got diagnosed with anxiety about a week ago. i took a pill called keppra should i stop taking it to avoid my anxiety? i also have severe depression.
Brief Answer:
Keppra may cause anxiety as side effects.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
If seizures are diagnosed properly ( i.e. by EEG, imaging of brain and neurological evaluation) and you suffer from depression too, there are drugs such valproate for example with good qualities for both, seizures and depression control.
Keppra may cause anxiety and depression as possible adverse effects.
Discuss with your Neurologist about these issues.
Kind regards.
