Brief Answer:
Antiperspirant and good hygiene

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using HCM.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Sweating is a natural process and few people sweat more or less than others, which is normal, not to worry.

Any sudden change in sweating or odour than usual needs to be evaluated.

Odour in sweating is most commonly due to bacterial infection of skin. Which is superficial infection.

These are my advice to reduce odour in sweat:
1. Regular bathing twice a day with good soap
2. Use cotton cloths which reduces sweat.
3. Use of antiperspirant helps to reduce sweat.

If these measures are not useful or if you have recent change in sweating pattern, need to get examined and few test done by a qualified doctor. Your doctor may ask you to get blood sugar level and thyroid test .

Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
