Brief Answer:
Nerve radicle irritation at the Lumbar spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Low back pain with numbness in the foot may be due to nerve radicle involvement at the lumbar spine. That appears to be the most likely possibility.A Neurological physical examination will further guide towards the diagnosis.

However, considering the knee pain, along with low back pain, certain rheumatological(joint related) conditions should also be ruled out.

Its better to get yourself physically examined by a neurologist so that further course of action may be decided.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
