What Causes Back Pain And Mild Abdominal Pain After Abortion?

Question: I had a miscarriage three days ago. I went to er and passed all parts there. After the dr did a cervical examination where a large piece of the placenta was easily taken out of the cervix opening and the dr. sent it away for testing. He did a cervical examination with his hand to feel for any remaining pieces and than sent me for an ultrasound which he said there was no more tissue left. Is it normal for me to still have back cramping three days later? I have also gone for blood work to check my hormone level and was told to return each week to make sure they are dropping. I have no odor, no fever, and bleeding is mild to moderate.
Brief Answer:
Pain is quite common

No they did not suspect a molar pregnancy. I had a dating ultrasound at 6 weeks and there was a fetal heartbeat. The test is my HCG and I don't have the report. On Saturday prior to the miscarriage it was still normal. However the baby had stop developing. I am having minor clots though, as if with my regular period. I was informed that as long as the clots are not over a dollar coin size that it is perfectly normal. Is that true. And how long should i expect these bad cramps and bleeding?
so it been a few hours since my last post and i recently just passed a dense rubber piece. Could that been remnants of the remaining miscarriage. Since that passed the cramping has leveled off. The bleeding is still bright red but not extremely heavy. Should I be worried that something like came out four days later? When ultrasound and physical examine showed i was pretty clear? Or is it part of my uterus lining shedding? Still no fever, or odor as we speak.

The cramping is still here and the bleeding has returned. I received my report from hospital and it showed there was no evidence of pregnancy and the doppler showed there was no sign of blood flowing to any parts. Does that mean all parts are cleared out? Also it said that my uterine lining was extremely thick and my hcg had dropped to levels of of non pregnancy. Could hormones cause the cramping and bleeding still or is it the shedding of the very thick uterine wall?
Brief Answer:
Hormones do not cause bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Ms
Hormonal level do not cause any cramping. Thick uterine endometrium shedding is the likely cause for bleeding. Going by the report , it's likely that there are no retained product of conceptus.
