Brief Answer:
Spinal column MRI.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Since there is back pain, besides bowel and bladder incontinence, in my opinion, conditions that may cause spinal cord stenosis such big herniations, vertebral column instability, or other lesions with mass effect on spinal cord, should be considered and evaluated further.
It is necessary for c-rays and spinal column MRI in order to achieve a correct understanding of your condition.
Please Discuss with your primary care Doctor about getting these tests done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
