Brief Answer:
Alter your diet. Take these pain killers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

You need to eat a diet that contains lesser fats in the foods. This is because I understand from your question that you have undergone a gall bladder removal
procedure. You need to eat smaller meals more frequently. The symptoms that you are mentioning are those of digestive side effects of surgical gall bladder removal.
You can take mefenamic acid and dicyclomine combination. These drugs are pretty effective at controlling visceral pain.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
