Brief Answer:
Need little detail about your illness
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that pain in chest can be due to either a muscle pull or a gastritis. As you are saying that this pain is more on sneezing so it is more like a muscular pain. But before I advise you anything I want to know little detail about your illness.
1. Can you describe me about your ankle pain? Is it all the time or only when you are walking?
2. Do you have any sprain injury?
3. Have you taken any medicines for these pain?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

Thanks Doctor.
Please find the point wise answers for your questions
1. It feels like sprain but I am not sure if it is a sprain. After I have applied iodex, It aches only while walking.
2. I don't have sprain or injury.
3. I have not taken medicines for the swollen area around outer ankle bone and chest area marked in the image. But I have taken medicine for bloating and back pain (thiocolchicoside and rabeprazole)
Regarding the chest area pain, it has reduced now. As of now I am feeling the pain only while I sneeze .
Thanks

Brief Answer:
You are having ankle synovitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After studying your case I think you are having ankle synovitis. In this condition there is pain and swelling. There is no history of trauma. I would suggest you folloing.
1. Compression bandage around ankle.
2. Hot water fomentation
3. Pain killer you are already taking.
4. Voletran ointment
I hope these steps will reduce your ankle pain. If it continues after that also than you should get MRI of the ankle.
For chest pain, it is good that it is reduced.I think it was also a muscular pain as you are saying that it increases on movements. Muscle relaxant will be helpful.
thanks.
