Brief Answer:
Normal or allergic or kidney issue (rare though)

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us

I consider the following as probabilities
1. Normal
Many babies tend to get swelling below eyes in the morning. It could because of sleeping stomach down or mild allergies.
In that case it should improve gradually. Always ensure she sleeps stomach up.

2. Allergic. Mild allergies could cause swelling. Allergens could be indoor like dust mite or dust or fungus.
Ensure mite proof covers for bed and pillows. Wash clothes and bed sheets in hot water.

3. Eye problem like nasolacrimal duct block which will settle on its own with gentle. Stroking from eye to nose
3. Kidney cause like nephrotic syndrome where proteins leak.
Simple urine routine examination will identify.

Consult your pediatrician with these tips.

Wishing your child good health.

Thanks!
Further would like to inform that there is no redness, itching or discharge from the eyes.
It happens only in morning time, the rest of the day its normal...last month v had done her blood test, the result of which was normal except for deficiency of vitamin D.
we r giving her Calcimax-P 5ml and A2Z drops once a day as advised by Pediatrist...
Is there anything to worry about?

Brief Answer:
urine examination

Detailed Answer:
If eye problems have been ruled out it is better to rule out kidney issues by doing urine complete examination to look mainly for protein loss in urine.
If that is normal then no need to worry.
Continue the current supplements you have been prescribed.

Dr Arun
