Hi,

Wysolone is a brand name for prednisolone, which is a steroid medication used to treat various conditions, including the nephrotic syndrome. Steroid medications can have side effects, especially if used for a long time or at high doses. Some of the common side effects of prednisolone include weak concentration or focus, mood changes, difficulty sleeping, increased appetite and weight gain, high blood pressure, increased risk of infections, thinning of the skin and easy bruising, and hair loss.

Your daughter's weak concentration and hair loss may be related to her use of Wysolone in the past. However, it is important to note that these side effects may also have other causes. For example, hair loss can be caused by various factors such as nutritional deficiencies, stress, or hormonal imbalances.

To address your daughter's current symptoms and concerns, it would be best to consult a healthcare provider familiar with her medical history and current health status. They may recommend some tests to evaluate her blood levels and other possible underlying causes for her symptoms. They may also recommend ways to manage her symptoms and prevent any further complications. It is also important to follow up with her healthcare provider regularly to monitor her overall health and ensure that any necessary adjustments are made to her treatment plan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
