Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Bitter mouth taste is due to bile acid reflux-symptom of Gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD).Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as pantprazole with Prokinetic agents like Domperidone may be beneficial.
Aziwok (Azithromycin) worked as macrolide anibiotic like erythromycin has also
prokinetic properties.

Shall i ask her to continue the Aizwok 500mg for another 2-3 days ? As initially she has taken it for 3 days.

Brief Answer:
Follow up query
Detailed Answer:
No,you need not tell her to try Aziwok again, as it is not primarily meant for treatment of GERD or any dyspeptic symptoms.
You should try the other medications that I described earlier. But you will require a doctors prescription for that as they are prescription drugs.
