Brief Answer:
Ecchymosis, self limiting condition, saline gargling

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through the query and your image.
As far as the red/reddish black spot in the floor of the mouth is concerned I have the following possibility.
It can be a ecchymosis secondary to any trauma during brushing or having food. Nothing to be panic, it's a self limiting condition. It will subside in a week. Do warm saline gargling. If it is not subsiding, then consult an oral physician and get it evaluated.
I hope I have answered your query. If any queries are there reply me back. Take care
