Brief Answer:
Spot does not look concerning but the congestion concerns me.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image and the black spot does not look concerning. However, the palpebral conjunctiva i.e. the conjunctiva which lines the inside of the eyelids, looks congested. In such a case I would insist you to ask him to visit an ophthalmologist so that he can make a clinical correlation and do the needful. He may prescribe some antiallergic like Pataday (Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution).

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
