What Causes Black Stool After Pregnancy?

I have had a baby 11 days ago and have black poo I also had this during pregnancy is this normal? I have been put on iron tablets before and after pregnancy, given antibiotics due to having a section and have to take clexane fir 6 weeks due to dvt in family. would this have an effect on my poo or do I need to see my doctor urgently or go to hospital?

transaction number 0000A A thank you for your response, I have a month or more supply of iron to take its called "Ferrous Fumarate 210mg" once I have completed the course should I see my doctor or keep an eye on it while taking it and if it continues see my doctor?
