Brief Answer:
seek urgent medical attention.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you are having paraphimosis and needs urgent management.
I would suggest that you should try to manually move the foreskin on the glans as in normal condition. If the symptoms persists, seek urgent medical attention as prolonged phimosis can hamper blood supply of the penis and can cause damage.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
go to the nearest hospital.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Any antibiotic will not reduce the swelling as it is caused by blockage of blood supply. I would advise that you should go to your nearest hospital as severe paraphimosis needs surgical intervention.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
