What Causes Bleeding From Head And Dizziness Post Injury?

Warrants a visit to the ER
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Sir, as your well wisher and consulting doctor I would recommend a visit to the ER (emergency department) for the following reasons:
-Your age
-History of cardiac events
-Use of tablet eliquis which causes thinning of the blood and thus can easily result in a bleed internally from trauma
-Presence of hypertension
-Presence of dizziness which is one of the 5-6 symptoms which warrant an MRI of the head after head trauma
Once the MRI rules out any/all abnormalities, we can concentrate on prescribing you medications to take care of your dizziness.
I hope you understand why I recommend the above. I also hope you find my response helpful, please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications. I am always here to help you.
Best wishes.
