What Causes Bleeding From Penis After Intercourse?

Press-on for 7 minutes; if bleeding recurs needs a stitch.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your findings of having bleeding from the frenulum after sex.
There is bleeding even on stretching and burns on urination.
I would advise you the following:
Put a compression on the area for 7 to 10 minutes with a swab soaked in liquid Povidone iodine or any antibiotic ointment if you have. Do not stretch the area. If the bleeding stop, you need not worry as this will heal.
But if there is recurrence rush to the ER or the nearest hospital, you will need a single or a few stitches to stop the bleeding point. Do not worry, this is a very small procedure if needed. Bleeding has to be stopped and better to take a cover of an antibiotic for a few days.

When did this happen?
Detailed Answer:
Is the bleeding on stretching mild or more in quantity.
Is it in spurts like an arterial bleeding?
When did this happen?
Is it bleeding at the moment?

Good to know.
Detailed Answer:
Well, if there is no bleeding at the moment, nothing to worry.
Take care to give it at least 3 to 5 days of good healing, means no stretching.
The morning erection can cause a problem, I hope you did not have any problem in the morning.

Nice to know that there was no problem in the morning
Detailed Answer:
Nice to know, please carry on.
The pain on urination will stop within a few days.
Take care, get well.

Occurs usually during first few exposures of life.
Detailed Answer:
I can understand.
This usually happens during the first intercourse as the frenulum is very thin in some people. This is the part which is very sensitive and has a frenular artery.
This is very rare to occur in people who have previous exposure (sex and I do not know your history).
If this was not your first few exposures, then this is rare to occur.

It does.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, it does in most of the cases, it heals naturally. Body is the best healer.
It is the problem when you need assistance.
Few patients may need frenuloplasty, meaning fashioning of the frenulum only if required, if you continue to have problems later on.

Watch for any sign of infection
Detailed Answer:
No need to worry about as you are using alcohol rag that must have sterilized the area.
I also hope that there is no redness, pain or inflammation.
So leave it alone for 5-6 days, it heals very well in this time (We see the same in circumcision - a far larger incision with only a few stitches).
You can certainly apply the alcohol rag, or better liquid povidone iodine if you have. Both work equally well.
Only if there is any redness, pain, throbbing or any sign of inflammation a few days course of antibiotic and Ibuprofen like medicine may be required.

Any other problem ?
