Question: To night I noticed a drop of Blood in my under ware I did not see any blood on or around my Penis. no pain or burning. Urine is clear I have been drinking a lot of water and it seems to be a one time event. This happen one time about a year ago . my Uro DR. said it was probably coming from a small blood vessel. I have had Prostate Cancer. Had scope exam awhile back and it was all good.. Have been urinating a few times since and no more blood . My PSA is .01 My Dr is away so I can't see him. I have ITP and had a very small amount of blood from a Hemerriod today. What do you think? It is hard to tell if the blood came from my penis or my Hemerriod.
Brief Answer:
Probably hemorrhoidd
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are probably hemorrhoids which are most usual causes of such bleeding. Bleeding from urethra or urinary tract is usually mixed with urine and suggests urinary stones, infection or mass in bladder. If this was just one drop of flesh blood then it is more likely rectal bleeding. I don't think this is an emergency so you can wait for your doctor do check your red blood count and do rectal examination. Wish you good health. Regards
