Brief Answer:
There may be need for evaluation,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

In diabetes blisters on leg may be due to-
- Diabetic dermopathy, skin changes due to long standing diabetes.
- Infection.
- Diabetic vasculopathy: decreased blood supply to legs.
- Kidney failure.

In such case there is a need for detailed clinical examination to assess any skin color changes, swelling, assessment of blood supply to legs, changes of neuropathy, color of blisters.

Depending upon this clinical evaluation there may be need for investigations like-
- Complete blood count.
- Blood sugar assessment- Fasting, post-prandial, HbA1c.
- Kidney function test.
- Liver function test.
- Lipid profile.
- Culture sensitivity of fluid from blisters.
- Arterial doppler of leg.

Depending upon this assessment further decision regarding treatment can be taken.

There is a need for blood sugar control, blood pressure and lipid control, avoiding smoking.

Hope this helps your, friend.
