What Causes Bloating And Gas Post Hysterectomy?
Question: Had a hysterectomy 4 months ago and my vaginal vault opened up 2" and had surgery 1 wk ago today. She stitched it up from the inside. My question is, why do i feel so gassy and bloated and pressure in my lower abdoman? When will i stsrt feeling better

Having followed post surgical restrictions,you would not have moved around or exercised as much as usual.
Stress that comes with surgery leads to sluggish bowel movements also.
Just take lots of water and fibre in your diet.
my guess is you would feel better in the coming week or two, as you resume near normal activity.
