Brief Answer:
Inflammatory bowels disease or bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Blood and mucus in stool can be caused by bacterial infection or inflammatory bowels disease. Both issues can cause bloating and abdominal pain as well.
With bacterial infection you may have also some fever and weakness.
Inflammatory bowels disease (like Crohns disease) can give also joints pain, skin changes (like eczema).
Any blood in stool case should be diagnosed with stool test and stool culture test. For inflammatory bowels disease colonoscopy should be done.

Please do not wait with it. Consult your doctor and have mentioned tests done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
