Brief Answer:
Need to look for vulval/ vaginal lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Need to look for possible local lesions or bleeding in vagina.
2. If no local ulceration, then colposcopy examination essential.
3. As there is no burning urination or fever, urinary tract infection cannot be thought of. If colposcopy is negative, urine microscopy is helpful.
As there is no blood in toilet, doubtful UTI.
4. Improve nutrition with fiber rich diet and plenty of water.
Meet your doctor to get tests done.
If you have any further queries, happy to help again.
Hope it helps.

Is there a possibility of cancer in any other organs that could be sending blood thru urinary tract? I found out with an endoscopy that I have a hietal hernia, which never seemed to bother me, only staying away from certain foods like chocolate, tomatoes etc. But also noticed constipated a lot and NO DESIRE TO DEFICATE
so Chiroprater put me on a natural herb tea and 2 different herbal remedies for constipation. One has Senna in it a natural laxative approved by the FDA. I take one after every meal. Then at night I take a natural product which has Vitamin A and
Licopeno which is an antioxident. When I am on these I do go have bowel movements altho very loose and not formed!! I don't want to become dependent on these. As I said my colonoscopy did not show anything bad. I don't know if the bleeding in the vagina is connected in anyway. Can you shed some more light
and suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Require few more investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
As the colonoscopy is normal, constipation is related to diet and reduced motility. More fiber rich diet along with probiotics and good hydration will be helpful.
Tumors if any need to be in urogenital tract.
Colposcopy is essential to rule out any genital lesions. Urine examination along with ultrasound abdomen to look for stones or tumors will be helpful.
Bleeding at this age, if not related to urinary tract infection is serious. Meet your doctor for urine examination, colposcopy, pap smear and ultrasound abdomen.
Hope it helps.
