What Causes Blood Discharge And Sore Genitals?
Question: When I finger her she can't walk her virgin is sore. umm she had her period day before. She dripping blood. and it burning

what has probably happened is that you have fingered and possibly caused frictional injury to the vaginal mucosa causing bleeding and the sore mucosa causing burning sensation as well.
Also , the sore mucosa when irritated by the menstrual blood would be causing the burning sensation.
However , at present , vaseline or petroleum jelly may be applied over the raw area to relieve from pain.

as you said that the periods just stopped a day prior, then it so happens that during fingering uterine contractions occur and and the rem ining unshed endometrium was shed during the act causing the bleeding. This was probably her unfinished menses or collected blood which came out as beeding.
It would stop in few days .
also vaginal abrasions when wetted with urine , then it may cause burning as well.
