Brief Answer:
need to see your doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Blood in the stools is always a concern. It is unlikely to be something like colon cancer since you had a colonoscopy last year.
That much alcohol is hard on the digestive tract and may have caused ulcers or some other type of bleeding.
In addition may be an internal hemorrhoid or inflammatory condition in the colon.
The only way to be sure is to get an exam.
You may need some testing to determine the cause of bleeding.
In the mean time I would definitely suggest that you limit the alcohol to no more than 2 drinks per day.
