Yes get upper GI endoscopy done.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query.
Blood in stools is always abnormal. It could be bleeding near the anus due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure or inside the gut .
I hope you have been examined for hemorrhoids or anal fissure. Now your query is incomplete in the sense it is not giving any information on the CT scan and Colonoscopy results. But I presume them to be normal .
In that case there are two probabilities.
1. The bleeding is happening from upper gut.
2. Bleeding is happening from lower gut but it is not visible in colonoscopy.
Among these two the probability of first is much more than second . Hence I advise you to get an Upper GI scan done and if in case it comes normal you need to get CT Angiography done.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
