Question : Blood in urine after masturbation and I do take Coumadin.

Thanks for query .

The blood in urine after masturbation that you have is die two factors
1) Side effect of blood thinner Coumadin (Warfarin) that you are taking
2) Rough and vigorous handling (shaking of penis while masturbating causing trivial trauma to urethra .

Following measures will help to resolve the isue

1) Stop taking Coumadin for couple of days .
2) Take Etamsylate twice daily for a week .
3)Take antibiotic like Ciprofloxcin and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac or Brufen twice daily for five days .
4 Ensure to drink more water
5)Ensure to avoid any sorts of sexual encounter til it gets cured completely .

Once hematuria stops you can resume taking Coumadin .
