Question: My husband started peeing blood n it burns/pain while peeing n blood comes out after he pees then he started peeing little black worms Why n What is it?
Brief Answer:
Stones or infection of urinary tract.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
What seem to be little black worms are most likely blood clots (can by tiny) or small stones (called sand). Blood in urine and burning while urinating are typical symptoms of either infection or stones. He may also have back pain, fever, lower abdominal pain.
He should consult his doctor right away. Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. Antibiotic is necessary. He should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
