Brief Answer: It may be a urinary infection. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for writing to HealthcareMagic! The drop of blood in the urine is not connected to the constipation. You should perform a urine test to see for blood, leucocites and cristals in it. The drop of blood came at the beginning of voiding, at the middle or at the end of voiding? The timing tells the origin of the blood: if it was at the beginning it may be an infection of ureter, if it was at the middle or the end it may be cistitis : urinary infection. Just perform a urine test and if there are signs of infection, you should consult and treat her. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any other query, Regards, Dr. Sonila Borici
