Hi,
Thanks for the query.

As per your clinical history there are 2 possible reasons for taste of blood when burping

1) blood stain Postnasal discharge (PND) due chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS)
2) acid reflux with esophagitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night &
tab Esomeprazole if you have acid reflux & esophagitis .

Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.

Till then you get relief with above mention treatment plan .
