Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Blurring of vision needs complete eye examination. As you are already been treated for glaucoma , need to get checked weather treatment is adequate in controlling eye pressure , and are you on regular treatment for it.

Hope you have already tested for retina in eye, using fundoscopy.

Once eye causes are ruled out need to test for other possible causes like TIA (Transient ischemic attack), in which there will be blurring of vision for short period. Even reduced blood sugar do causes blurred vision. If you are on any diabetic medication need to check for regular blood sugar monitoring.

Brain tumour is less likely as most of the brain tumours are fast progressing, but during examination we can make out any changes and imaging studies of brain helps to rule out that.

If a patient comes to me with these symptoms I would like to get history complete examination and test like carotid ultrasound to check for any obstruction to flow, lipid profile and blood sugar .

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
